HOW GRITBIRD FITNESS STATIONS ARE INSTALLED?
All of our products can be installed either with deep or surface foundations. The instructions for ground foundations are delivered during the time of order. Gritbird does not offer installation services, but we can guide you to some of our partner companies for installation services.
WHERE CAN OUTDOOR FITNESS EQUIPMENT BE INSTALLED?
Both Gritbird and Gritree are designed to provide safe and effective training effect as standalone products or when installed together. Our product design makes them suitable for landscape architecture and easily approachable. Gritbird’s and Gritree’s are generally found in public spaces such as parks, beaches, calisthenics parks as well as in private housing areas.
WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our standard colors are black and white. We can also offer all of our products in various RAL colors, please contact us for further information.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Generally we can ship in 2-3 weeks depending on our stock situation.
HOW IS GRITBIRD DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COMPANIES MAKING OUTDOOR FITNESS EQUIPMENT?
Gritbird is solely focused on designing and manufacturing outdoor fitness equipment. We want to produce these products in Finland with high quality materials. Further, our innovative designs make our products diverse in terms of functionality without compromising in aesthetic looks.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE?
Safety is our highest priority. All of our products comply with relevant EN standards with TÜV certification as a proof of quality and safety, and we use from long-lasting materials in our products. We believe in bodyweight training, since the movements are performed in an open chain environment making them joint-friendly and natural.
HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are manufactured in Finland where the weather conditions can be quite tough. The grades we use are selected purely based on their durability and performance without compromising in sustainability. The steel parts are made from coated stainless steel, so during natural coating erosion corrosion issues will not occur. Our sheet parts are made from ecologically friendly recycled plastic, which last in outdoor environments resisting UV light, moisture and changing weather conditions.
WHAT ABOUT VANDALISM?
Unfortunately acts of vandalism can't always be fully avoided, and even the most durable products can be harmed with the right tools. Our products are assembled with bolt connections, and in a case of vandalism we can deliver spare parts to fix the harmed parts in our products.
